FABRIC PROTECTOR: Silicone fabric protector.  Very effective for carpets and upholstery.  Solvent base.  Economical to use.  Protects against water based stains only.

PROTECTOR:  Water based fabric protector formulated for carpeting, but is very effective on upholstery and hard surfaces.  Can be used on grout and quarry tile without making them slippery.  Additives for dry soiling.  Also effective on water and oil based stains.

STAINRESISTER II: Our best protector!  Solvent based product with silicone, polymers, and fluorochemical resins.  Excellent for all types of stains, including dry soils.  Softens as it seals.  Dries in 1 to 6 hours, depending on carpet and ventilation.  Cures in 48 hours.
